Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each purchase grants a fixed 30-day Pro access period. The current version does not use automatic recurring billing, so there is no renewal to cancel. Access remains available until the expiry date shown in Settings.

ZeroGamma is a digital service that is activated immediately, so it is generally not eligible for a refund once used. We nonetheless review requests on a case-by-case basis: email 513962116@qq.com from the address used for the order, with the reason for your request.

If you are double-charged or notice an incorrect charge, contact 513962116@qq.com. After verification, the incorrect amount will be refunded.

Approved refunds are returned through the original purchase channel. For subscription codes purchased from a seller, contact that seller first. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider.
